Cookie Policy

Last Updated: July 16, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Lendisys ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on lendisys.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.

Your choice controls what we set. Apart from the strictly necessary cookies listed below, we do not set any cookie or run any tracking script until you agree to it. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by opening Cookie Settings, which is also linked in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember your preferences, and to report information to the site owner or to third parties. This policy also covers similar technologies that are not strictly cookies — such as data stored in your browser's local storage, tracking pixels, and session recording scripts — because they raise the same privacy considerations.

2. Your Consent and How to Change It

When you first visit the site, we show you a consent banner. Nothing in the Analytics or Marketing categories loads unless you accept it. You can:

  • Accept all categories, reject all non-essential categories, or choose category by category;
  • Reopen Cookie Settings at any time to change your choice;
  • Withdraw consent entirely — we then delete the associated cookies and reload the page so the scripts stop running.

We store your choice in your browser's local storage under the key lendisys_cookie_consent, together with the date you gave it. Your choice is remembered for 180 days, after which we will ask again. Because this record is what stops us setting other cookies, it is classed as strictly necessary. Clearing your browser storage will also clear your choice, and we will ask you again on your next visit.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that browser settings alone are not how we obtain your consent — we rely on the banner above — and blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.

3. Strictly Necessary

These are required for the site to function and are always active. Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and the EU ePrivacy Directive, they do not require your consent.

4. Analytics

These help us understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. They only load if you allow the Analytics category.

5. Marketing

These let us measure our advertising and power our newsletter form. They only load if you allow the Marketing category.

If you decline Marketing cookies, our newsletter form is not loaded at all — you will see a short notice in its place with a button to change your mind. You can still contact us at any time using our contact form, which does not require Marketing cookies.

Google Ads and HubSpot are United States providers, and data collected through them is transferred to the United States. Both operate under transfer safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Google Consent Mode

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Before you make a choice, every Google consent signal — analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization — is set to denied, and Google's tags are not loaded at all. If you accept, we update those signals and load the tags. If you decline, they stay denied.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we add, remove or change a cookie, we will update this page and the "Last Updated" date above. Where a change materially affects what you agreed to, we will ask for your consent again.
